Combine your photo and signature into one JPG, with the signature below or beside the photo, at the exact pixels, KB and DPI your form asks for.

1. Your photo

A recent passport-style photo of yourself.

2. Your signature

A straight photo or scan of your signature on white paper. It's trimmed to the ink automatically.

Signature goes

Type the size and KB limits from your form's notice. No form's rules are filled in for you.

Add both a photo and a signature to see them joined.

Frequently asked questions

Which forms ask for the photo and signature in one image?

Some state entrance and recruitment forms do. We couldn't confirm their sizes from official notices, so there are no ready-made presets here: type the size and KB limits your own notice gives.

What size should I use if the notice doesn't give one?

The tool starts at 350 × 450 px, the shape of a 3.5 × 4.5 cm passport photo, with the photo taking 75% of the height and the file up to 50 KB. Change any of these to match your form.

My file is smaller than the minimum KB. What happens?

When the picture compresses below the minimum, the tool adds invisible padding inside the JPG so it meets the limit. The picture itself doesn't change.
