Frequently asked questions
Will my photo be accepted by the exam portal?
The file is made to the exact pixel size and KB range of the notice, as a JPG, with the DPI set when the notice asks for one. Portals also check what's in the photo, so follow the rules listed under the size: background, face size and so on.
My file is smaller than the minimum KB. What now?
Nothing: when a picture compresses below the minimum, the tool adds invisible padding inside the JPG so it meets the limit. The picture itself is not changed.
My exam isn't listed. Can I still use it?
Yes. Choose “Custom size…” and type the width, height and KB limits from your notification.
