EML & MSG to PDF
Open .eml and Outlook .msg emails without Outlook, read them with tracking pictures blocked, download their attachments and save each one as a PDF that keeps Hindi and every other script.
How to use it
- 1Add one or more .eml or .msg files: saved from Gmail with Download message, from Outlook, or attached to another email.
- 2The email opens with its sender, date and attachments. Pictures from the internet stay blocked, so the sender can't tell you opened it.
- 3Press Save as PDF and choose “Save as PDF” in the print window. Each attachment has its own Download button.
Frequently asked questions
How do I open a .msg file without Outlook?
Add it here. The sender, recipients, date, text and attachments are read on your device, from new Outlook files and from old ones that keep their text as RTF. An email attached to it opens with its Open button.
Will Hindi and other Indian languages come out right in the PDF?
Yes. The PDF is made by your browser's own print, so the text stays real text in every script, in the fonts you see on the screen, and it can be searched and copied.
Why are some pictures missing?
Pictures that an email loads from the internet are blocked, as loading them would tell the sender when you opened it and roughly where you are. Pictures sent inside the email are shown.
How do I save an email from Gmail as an .eml file?
Open the email in Gmail on a computer, press the three dots next to Reply and choose Download message. Add the .eml file it saves here.
How do I save the PDF on a phone?
Press Save as PDF. On Android, tap the printer name at the top, choose Save as PDF and tap the round PDF button. On an iPhone, tap Share at the top of the print screen and choose Save to Files.
