- 2Put them in order with the up and down arrows.
- 3Press Merge videos and download the joined video.
Frequently asked questions
Will merging lower the quality?
Not when the clips come from the same phone or camera with the same settings: they are joined as they are. Clips that differ in format, size or frame rate are re-encoded once, at a high quality.
Can I merge a portrait video with a landscape one?
Yes. The joined video takes the first clip's shape and size, and clips of another shape are fitted inside it with black bars. Put the clip with the shape you want first.
What happens to clips without sound?
They stay silent in the joined video, and the other clips keep their sound. If none of the clips has sound, the joined video has none either.
How many videos can I merge?
As many as you like, up to 2 GB in total. Everything happens on your device, so joining long videos that need re-encoding takes a while on a phone.
Which format is the merged video?
Clips joined as they are keep their format, so iPhone MOV clips stay MOV. Re-encoded clips become an MP4 with H.264 video and AAC sound, which plays everywhere.
